Prevention ranks high at CMC. That's why we started Education at CMC more than 17 years ago-the first and only community-focused public and professional education program in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Education at CMC teaches the best way for you to prevent disease and accidents. Every month, we address our community's most pressing health concerns. For more information and/or to register for classes, call the office at (570) 969-8986.

Course fees are refundable if canceled five (5) or more working days before the start of the program. If cancellation is made less than 5 working days, a processing fee of $25.00 will be assessed and the remainder of the tuition refunded. Substitutes for registrants are accepted. CMC reserves the right to cancel any program. In the event of cancellation, all registrants will be notified and the full course fee returned. For more information or questions call 570-969-8986.

Recently, our hospital earned national recognition for performance achievement in the Get With The Guidelines quality improvement program. That means we’re working with the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association to provide care that’s consistent with the most recent scientific guidelines. It’s one more way we show our commitment to your health — one more reason to feel good about choosing us as your hospital.
