POSITION SUMMARY

In accordance with the standards of care established by the State Board of Nursing, a licensed practical nurse is responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of planning, implementation and evaluation. A licensed practical nurse functions as a member of the health care team by exercising sound nursing judgment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing with a current unrestricted PA license or license-eligible.

Experience: Experience preferred; willing to train new graduates.

Specific Requirements: Current BLS Healthcare provider.
