POSITION SUMMARY

Monitors, controls and operates computer and related peripheral equipment, generates and distributes required reports, maintains knowledge of installed applications and assists end users with installed applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school graduate. Formal training in computer operations preferred.

Experience: One (1) to two (2) years preferred.

Specific Requirements: Must be able to speak, write and understand the English language to effectively communicate with predominantly English-speaking population. Maintain confidentiality of information. Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously. Ability to switch shifts when required. Cross training on all operations shifts required.
