Wellness

Working with a wellness counselor is supposed to be a positive, happy, and inspiring wellness experience. He or she is eager to listen well to your personal issues, past experiences, and current wellness goals.

The initial step would probably be a discussion with the wellness counselor to identify the important things and why you are seeking the help of a wellness counselor in the first place. From those few conversations, short and long-term goals will be drafted by both you and your wellness counselor.

We must all prioritize our health and our overall well-being. Prioritizing our wellness will bring us to our highest potential in health and well-being.
