Gary Langieri, M.D. graduated from Cook College/Rutgers University in 1985. He then attended medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey graduating in 1989. He then completed his internship and residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1992. He completed his fellowship in cardiology and electrophysiology at Lankenau Hospital and Medical Research Center from 1992-1996.
Dr. Langieri joined Cardiovascular Consultants, Ltd in 1996 and is the Director of Electrophysiology at Community Medical Center. He is actively involved in clinical research and has authored many peer reviewed publications.
Dr. Langieri is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in cardiology and electrophysiology. He is a member of many societies including a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Langieri's areas of special interest include biventricular pacemakers, pacemakers, implantable cardiac defibrillators, ablations and electrophysiology studies.
Dr. Langieri currently resides in Clarks Summit with his wife, Mary Ellen and their son, Brian.
